We have worked on the project for last several years in detail from working with Paper mills within and outside India, developing a suitable paper for our LIQUIPACK requirements. Next stage we identified suitable coaters whose machines were equipped with two sides coating in one run ( to increase productivity, save wastage, and cost saving) and also with attachment of four color printing. As we had invented the formula to coat on paper, we were ready for trials with the team we had been closely working with( Paper mills, Coater and Tamil Nadu Milk federation). As we had already successfully submitted samples to ( NGT ) National Green Tribunal, Chennai who in turn gave our coated LIQUIPACK paper to ( TNPCB )Tamil Nadu Pollution control board to test Poly/ Plastic contents in our sustainable LIQIPACK paper to CIPET, CHENNAI ( Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology ) under the instructions from Madras High Court as the Madras High Court had asked AAVIN ( Govt of Tamil Nadu milk federation ) to stop using Poly pouches which was causing pollution. On receipt of CIPET report the Madras High Court advised AAVIN to work on our LIQUIPACK which was suitable and viable alternate to Poly pack. The Madras High Court judgement was published in The Times of India, in detail on the 18th October 2024 edition. Thus the journey of LIQUIPACK began with a dedicated team and support from paper mills, Specialized coater, our Coating solution formula support of AAVIN and the Madras High Court order. 9 A copy is available with us ). Now NGT is proposing a gradual ban on all other milk producers in Tamil Nadu first and other states. We have already applied for IPR and awaiting publication. We have started the procurement of paper, Coating solutions and proposing to commercialize by end February 2026 after receipt of trial order and acceptance by AAVIN head office.
