ChangeMatrix is an all women initiative, a movement to harness the knowledge of a new emerging set of teachers, beyond academics, across time zones, without boundaries. We aspire to bring this change into the lives of millions, by utilizing technology and making convenient and appropriate education easily accessible. We are witnessing a structural shift in the human capital marketplace, worldwide. Serious gaps are observed between elite education credentials and actual individual competence, challenging the myth that higher education leads to higher employment and better jobs. Great knowledge is not always synonymous with great skill. Our goal is to educate people in knowledge intensive industries. This is how the human capital will become more efficient and effective.
