Being a unified communication and collaboration tool, Clan provides an SME extensive growth metrics by being a primary mechanism of improved workflow. This is done by adopting a “limiting the work-in-progress” approach. Agile methodology tools such as Kanban boards enables firms to enhance efficiency by simplifying efforts involved in managing workflow. Clan, unlike other global unified communications tools, is a native solution that is best suited for Indian SMEs. Keeping in mind the level of acceptance towards project management and the mindset of native businesses, Clan has been developed as a basic yet functional work management tool. Our relatively easy learning curve that can be adopted by SMEs to be used by employees with the most basic skills set makes us more suitable for our country’s scenario of the SME segment. Our product is clearly devised to address three sections of workflow management: 1. Communication 2. Collaboration 3. Culture “Clan” aims to enable SMEs to enhance efficiency by simplifying efforts involved in managing tasks and workflow. It bridges the gap between unorganised workflow and enhanced productivity.
