Clyng is a mobile app/web based platform that aggregates multiple specialized commercial real estate spaces such as desk, private office, conference rooms etc to fulfill short term requirements for a vibrant community of freelancers, start-ups and corporates on our network. For a startup, finding a real estate is most difficult task in the initial stage as startup doesn't want to commit for long term property lease. Clyng is partnering with multiple property owners from different cities and help users to use those properties at cheap rate which will be charged at hourly basis! We will help property owners to manage their property better with our software. Clyng will nurture an active, creative and sustainable community of mobile workers, consultants, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, working in a shared environment for the purposes of collaboration, innovation and productivity for themselves to aide growth. We believe our software will help startups and property owners both and it will help startups scale. Other than that, we believe it will help generate employment in commercial real estate sector, be it constructions or renovation.
