Cognimit Technologies LLP is a Product-First Technology Company. 1. Clarification on Entity Status & Experience: Cognimit is a purely new entity, officially incorporated on November 7, 2025. It was not formed by splitting or reconstructing any existing business. The "3+ Years of Experience" mentioned on our website refers strictly to the Founders' cumulative domain expertise in the IT sector prior to incorporation, not the age of this specific LLP. We have now consolidated this expertise into a formal entity to focus exclusively on IP creation. 2. Our "Product-First" Mandate: We are not a traditional service agency. We are a Product Company building "AxleOne"—a hardware-agnostic Fleet Operations System (FOS) for India's unorganized logistics sector. While we undertake select high-end engineering services, we treat this revenue solely as "Bootstrapping Fuel" to sustain our operations. Our primary time, resources, and strategic focus are dedicated to the development and scaling of the AxleOne product. 3. Exclusive Use of Benefits: We explicitly pledge that 100% of the benefits, recognition, and grants received under the Startup India initiative will be utilized exclusively for the R&D and deployment of AxleOne. We strictly authorize the Department to revoke our recognition and take legal action against us if we are found utilizing these benefits to subsidize service-based client work.
