Problem Statement:Gramin (rural) citizens often lack easy access to critical information and services from local governing bodies such as Gram Panchayats, Zilla Parishads, Municipal Councils, and other local self-government institutions. Due to manual systems and limited digitization, awareness about government schemes, services, and important announcements remains low.Solution:CRATIO is a software development startup focused on building digital platforms for local self-government institutions (Panchayati Raj bodies and urban local bodies) to connect better with citizens. We provide mobile and web-based solutions through which citizens can access real-time updates, government schemes, public notices, grievance redressal services, agricultural and land record information, and more.Current Stage:Our software platform is developed and a pilot project is already underway in select regions. We are currently gathering user feedback and collaborating with local authorities to validate our model and improve the platform.Innovation:We bridge the digital divide between citizens and governance in rural and semi-urban India. Our platform is designed to be easy to use, available in local languages, and compatible with limited internet connectivity.
