The Start up belongs to the Pharmaceutical Industry involving the production of Tablets and Capsules at the annual capacity of 480 Million Tablets and 360 Million Capsules. The promoters have already invested more than Rs.30.00 crores so far . The core objective of this Start Up is to conduct Research & Development for the improvement of product composition & product manufacturing process for highly safe & effective product for improved health, worker safety and high product output. The Start Up will involve with Innovative Products, Innovative Processes and Innovative Technology as described below : PRODUCTS : The Start Up will develop the products with Modified Drug Release pattern to avoid adverse effect even after taken with required high dose. The development of the products will be in such a way that the composition of developed product results in a less tablet weight or less capsule weight which will prevent the ingestion of excessive excipients to human body which will be indirectly more safe for patient and also to facilitate the easy swallowing of the Tablet/Capsule. PROCESS : The Start Up is going to use drug pellet manufacturing technology at the manufacturing site to manufacture the drug pellets ready for capsule filling. The products will be developed using single process step instead of multiple process steps and in very close condition using Top spray granulation process instead of wet granulation using Rapid Mixer Granulator. TECHNOLOGY : The manufacturing will be carried out by installation of the manufacturing equipment having innovative technology using 21 CFR compliant Tablet Compression machine having auto tablet weight control through CFC system and bad tablet rejection through compaction force, 21 CFR Compliant Tablet Coating machine with specialised designed baffles to work in the range of 100 kg to 400 kg and combo High speed Blister Packing Machine.
