In their own words
We are a company who is providing services for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) for laying of pipeline for Oil, Gas and Water sector. We are improving the technology for use of HDD Technology which is used for construction of tunnels across rivers, canals etc. and are scaling up the bandwidth upto which it can be used (in our case upto almost 4kms long, whereas biggest project in India yet has been only 2.7kms). We are improving technology through manpower skill development and technology transfer from abroad by using INTERSECT Method Technology which involves the cross section meet up of 2 Pilot Bore's beneath a river/canal/creek using iGPS Technology in it. Further, we are in the process of developing our own in-house drilling tools which can reduce drilling time as well as increase efficiency. Following supporting documents attached: 1) First Work Order received from Indian Oil Corporation Limited for HDD work. 2) Methodology Prepared by us for 4km HDD Crossing - Biggest in India 3) Procedure for HDD works specially devised by us 4) Calculations (Sample) for HDD works Lastly, we are also working in-house to developing HOT TAPPING TECHNOLOGY for pipelines which will allow interconnection between old and newly laid pipelines without shutting down pumping of oil/gas in the pipeline - and the interconnection will be done with the LIVE line on. This will ensure refineries/gas stations will have ZERO down time even when some part of their old pipeline is to replaced and will lead to huge financial saving.
