In their own words

Branding design describes how a brand chooses to visually represent their brand identity to the public. When talking about branding design, it typically refers to key brand elements such as the logo, color scheme, typography, and other design components that makes a brand stand out from competitors, and recognizable to consumers. Besides these main elements of brand identity design, branding design also more broadly refers to how a brand chooses to express themselves in both the physical and digital world; whether that’s on social media, in physical stores, or even the interior design of company office spaces. It’s becoming increasingly important for companies to ensure their brand design is conveyed consistently across all these touchpoints—often by using brand guidelines—in order to strengthen their brand image in the minds of their audience, helping to leave a lasting impression and cement emotional connections with the brand. Technologies can help make our world fairer, more peaceful, and more just. Digital advances can support and accelerate achievement of each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals – from ending extreme poverty to reducing maternal and infant mortality, promoting sustainable farming and decent work, and achieving universal literacy. But technologies can also threaten privacy, erode security and fuel inequality. They have implications for human rights and human agency. Like generations before, we – governments, businesses and individuals – have a choice to make in how we harness and manage new technologies. The engineering education has been primarily criticized for being traditional classroom teaching with traditional black board teaching. Introduction of ICT tools has just enhanced the understanding and attention span of the students for being elaborative. The focus has shifted on theories and grades. The industries have all the cries for students not being industry ready. The engineering education has been for mass rather than for class. The theories and exam patterns are focused on remembering, understanding level so that students can achieve higher grades. The focus on higher order thinking involving analysis, evaluation and synthesis is needed to improve engineering education. The literature regarding Active Learning Environment (ALE) with the effective usage of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has been discussed. Active Learning Environment includes problem-solving, critical thinking, or multivariate activities involving learners, instructors and the concept notes. Activities such as Role Play, Jigsaw, Brainstorming, Debate, Mind Map have been introduced to increase participation and learning for higher order thinking skills. However, all these techniques help learners to improve their understanding rather than polishing their higher order thinking. In our classroom, we experimented with Augmented Reality/ Virtual Reality(AR/VR) . These technologies helped students to visualize the learning and working concept and enhance their higher order thinking. With AR/VR, we gave “AUTO-TOUR" feature which helps a student to visit the concept in one go. Every topic contains real-time functionality with animation and necessary information and instruction. A student can watch each concept involving all components working, can split, animate, and explode as desired. This involves high-quality graphics and resolution that gives more immersive experiences. Every model is neatly designed and dynamic in nature if you change one property, dynamo effect. For example, the radio wave can travel through walls. We gave students a dynamo effect by increasing the thickness of the wall, putting obstacles of small and high rise building size. The students started thinking about the strength of the radio signals to overcome these obstacles. We could activate the higher order thinking of evaluation and also designing the cell size and antenna for effective communication.
