Donna Beach Private Limited operates "Freddy Who", a modern casual-dining restaurant and bar in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. The brand brings a coastal-inspired, experience-led dining format to the capital, combining a globally influenced food and beverage menu with a distinctive interior and music-driven atmosphere designed for an evening-out audience. The company's focus is on building a scalable, standardised restaurant format with strong unit economics - including in-house recipe development, tech-enabled kitchen and inventory management, digital ordering and table management, and a data-driven customer engagement and loyalty programme. Systems and processes are being built centrally so that additional outlets can be rolled out across Delhi NCR and other metro cities with consistent quality and guest experience. Freddy Who aims to establish itself as a recognisable homegrown hospitality brand, creating direct employment in the food-service sector and supporting local suppliers, producers and beverage partners.
