Draeva Motors Pvt. Ltd. is a Delhi-based automotive technology startup specializing in the certified electric conversion of pre-owned luxury vehicles. We retrofit Mercedes-Benz C-Class and E-Class vehicles (W204/W212, 2011–2013) into road-legal electric vehicles through ICAT-certified conversion processes, making premium electric mobility accessible at a fraction of the cost of new luxury EVs. Our flagship offering — the Draeva Classic — delivers a fully converted, certified electric vehicle at ₹15 Lakhs, backed by an 8-year free maintenance warranty, targeting buyers who aspire to luxury EV ownership without the ₹60–80L price tag of new alternatives. We address two pressing national challenges simultaneously: the growing need for sustainable urban mobility, and the accelerating depreciation of petrol luxury vehicles under the NGT's 15-year vehicle ban. By giving these vehicles a certified second life as EVs, we extend their utility while eliminating tailpipe emissions. Our innovation lies in combining automotive retrofitting expertise, ICAT certification, and a luxury-first customer experience — including founder-led home visits and long-term service commitment — into a scalable, asset-light business model.
