It looks like millennial and middle-aged both are searching answers to the questions such as: Why Am I Here? What Is My Purpose In Life? What Am I Supposed To Do With My Life? Did I Really Matter? Did I Live? Did I Love? Do a simple search for “life purpose” on google and it will yield over 1 billion hits. That’s right over 1 billion. That is pretty strong indicator that there’s an intense longing to know one’s life purpose. Lack of clarity about calling, mission, values, desires, and life messages can lead to stress, frustration, attrition, even untimely death. On the other hand, every month between 2011 and 2030, nearly 1 million Indians will turn 18 every single month according to the world-renowned magazine The Economist in an article on March 19, 2016 in association with Harvard Business Review.
