About My Startup: Dyizan Academy 1. The Problem (What are we solving?) Every year, millions of students in India graduate, but over 80% of them are "unemployable." They have degrees but lack the practical skills that companies actually need. Traditional education focuses too much on books and theory, leaving a massive "skill gap" in the workforce. 2. Our Solution (What do we do?) Dyizan Academy is an Ed-Tech platform designed to make students "job-ready." Unlike other platforms that just sell recorded videos, we use a Project-Based Learning model. Our students work on real-world industry tasks, ensuring they gain hands-on experience before they even apply for a job. 3. Why We Are Innovative (How are we different?) We have developed an Industry-Integrated Pedagogy. This means our courses are designed by working professionals, not just teachers. Practical Focus: Instead of exams, we track progress through live projects. Tech-Driven: We are building a custom portal (using modern tech) to track student performance and connect them directly with recruiters. 4. Scalability & Social Impact (How will we grow?) Our mission is to empower students in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities who don't have access to expensive training centers. Because we are a digital platform, we can scale to thousands of students at a very low cost. This directly supports the "Skill India" mission and helps create a more capable workforce for the country.
