1. To provide educational & other training services to public and to setup, purchase and acquire in any part of India land, establishments, Institute, Study centre, where in professional, technical, vocational or higher education in every field of science, commerce, arts, management, engineering, law, banking, insurance, finance, medicine, hospitality, tourism, computers, or any other type of education be imparted. 2. To impart training, education at the Government centres in respect to all disciplines, for any stream, any level and conduct training programmes such as skilled development and to grant such certificates or recognitions as the company may prescribe or deem fit from time to time and to grant stipends, scholarships or any other assistance. 3. To impart training, education in innovative way for better understanding of concepts and implement those ideas in innovative way and to manage affiliation with other national and international organizations engaged in welfare, health education, National integration, and peace-promotion activities. 4. To undertake and support any program or projects that provide educational, recreational, social and spiritual activities and to offer scholarships, stipends and financial support to deserving students in pursuing higher studies in medicine Art, science, Engineering and computer technology. 5. To establish, setup, and run in any part of India coaching institutes, Study centre, oral coaching classes, where in professional, technical, vocational or higher education in every field of science, commerce, arts, management, engineering, law, banking, insurance, finance, medicine, hospitality, tourism, computers, or any other type of education be imparted by conducting regular , part time classes. 6. To provide services of recruitment and placement of all kind of personnel including managers, professionals, executives, contractual, skilled / unskilled, trained labour / staff / managerial personnel & other technical personnel in India and abroad, and to provide man power for industry and labour contractors, and to provide training to security personals, guards, industrial labour / manpower. 7. To set up laboratories, purchase and acquire land for establishment of Institute, equipment and instruments required for carrying out medical investigation and to educate and train medical students, nurses, midwives and hospital administrators and to grant such certificates or recognitions as the company may prescribe or deem fit from time to time and to grant stipends, scholarships or any other assistance monetary or otherwise to whomsoever to further the course medicine and / or medical research. 8. To establish, develop, promote franchise, study centers in India or abroad for conducting regular, evening or weekend interactive classes and to get the necessary approval, permission required for this purpose.
