Description about Project: Ecoforus Sustainable Pvt. Ltd is coming out with a luxury resort in Lansdowne, Uttarakhand. Focus is on Health, Wellness and Yoga.The plan is to have around 18 cottages, a Restaurant, Spa, Games Room, Multi-Purpose Hall, Utility and Dorm room, etc. Our Vision To be the first choice for guests and create value in every encounter by delivering exceptional experiences to every guest and at any point of time. Our Mission To be the best resort in Uttarakhand by following sustainable environmental practices and by giving back to Mother Nature, more than what we are taking from her. Background of Promoter: Mukesh Malhotra I’m a seasoned executive with over 22 years of rich experience in the areas of Finance, Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Marketing and setting up new businesses in companies such as Moody’s, airtel, eBay, Coca Cola, Royal Exchange, Dell and Ricoh. I have been involved in setting up new businesses, financial controls, capex optimization, cost controls, corporate restructuring, growth strategy and market entry strategic initiatives for various start-ups and global multi-billion-dollar organizations. I have led diverse industries and can build any organization in any industry. I have also been on the Board of some of the companies. When I took this decision to start my own venture, I was being approached by some of the head hunters for CEO role in some of the organizations. But I have been thinking since long to get into this territory, hence took the plunge of starting my own venture. As a thought leader, I write on Technology, Disruptive Innovations, Banking, Telecom, Investments, Africa, etc. These have got published in Economic Times and other leading journals. Recently my latest article was published on how India can become a manufacturing hub overtaking China. It was published in ET on 22nd Sep. As a CEO, I will be responsible for developing comprehensive business strategy for the company, develop new streams of revenue and introducing new channels for scaling up the business. I have strong industry connections and will milk those connections for corporate tie ups in this hospitality company. I have worked across continents and my diversified rich experience will help in taking this organization to unprecedented levels.
