BookMySteel.com Our motive is to link the commodity buyers with the sellers on a e-platform which would gradually become a steel supermarket. We are having an experience of a decade and a half in the IT field and served in several multinational companies. This triggered the idea of an e-commerce website. The underlying philosophy was to create an open e-market of steel that would lead to transparency, efficiency and low costs. Traditional markets have multiple hierarchies of distributors between the steelmakers and the end users which lead to an instant increase in prices. Transactions made through online trading platforms that bypass the distributors, can avoid the cost. There is a complete lack of technology in the construction industry. The real estate sector has not used the IT spurt to its advantage. It has been commonly seen that after booking the order for steel there is a long wait till the supply is received which eats into the profit margins of the company. Bookmysteel.com (BMS) enables big and small consumers of to buy steel at the cheapest rate, for the best quality and speedy delivery, thereby generating simplicity, efficiency and transparency in the process , anywhere in the country. Our consumers are just a click away from fulfilling their steel requirements.
