"EL&EL Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a newly founded startup committed to transforming surgical precision in India through innovation, indigenization, and research-driven development. We focus on designing and manufacturing high-precision minimally invasive surgical instruments—such as scalpels, polymer clips, and energy devices—that are typically imported at high costs. Our founding team brings deep, hands-on expertise: a veteran surgeon with firsthand decades of experience of surgical challenges, and a co-founder with over 15 years of industry experience with major med-tech giant Johnson & Johnson, India, in surgical instruments. This unique blend enables us to develop tools by a surgeon, for surgeons—tailored for Indian and global clinical needs. Our goal is to reduce dependency on imports, make advanced surgical tools more affordable and accessible, and drive value through through our indigenous state of art research facility, manufacturing, and employment generation. We aim to make Indian precision a global benchmark. We respectfully submit this application for DPIIT Startup Recognition, in alignment with the Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat missions."
