The device works by sucking in air rapidly after which condensation of vapour takes place inside a specially designed loop. (The design of the loop is inspired by the survival mechanisms of animals inhabiting deserts) The condensed water goes through 4 filters, finally providing pure drinking water, complying with WHO standards. This venture is a simple, comprehensive, permanent solution to India’s largest problem. Unlike futuristic and complicated plans like linking of rivers, it needs neither extravagant infrastructure, nor time consuming heavy budget operations, thus saving the government time, energy, money, water and eventually human lives.Winner of TATA social enterprise challenge 2018
