PARTNERSHIP FIRM STARTEDTHIS DEED OF PARTNERSHIP is executed at Chennai this 29th day of August 2016 between: 1. Mr. P.Sivasubramanian S/o.Paramasivan, aged about 72 years, residing at No.19,Sir C. V.Raman Road, Alwarpet, Chennai 600018 (hereinafter called the party of the FIRST PART) 2. Mrs. Kamala Sivasubramanian W/o. P.Sivasubramanian , aged about 66 years, residing at No.19, Sir, C.V.Raman Road, Alwarpet, Chennai-600018, (hereinafter called the party of the SECOND PART) WHEREAS the parties to the deed have joined hands and have constituted themselves into a partnership with effect from 29th August 2016 under the name and style of “ELECTROTEK INTERNATIONAL “ with its Registered Office at New No.33, Sir C.V.Raman Road, Alwarpet, Chennai-600018 any other places in India as the partners may decide from time to time. AND WHEREAS it is considered expedient to lay down in writing the terms and conditions agreed to between the parties and according to which the business would be carried on and which shall govern the relations of the parties in respect of the business of the Firm. NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS: Partnership will be one at will 1. That the name of the partnership firm shall be “ELECTROTEK INTERNATIONAL having its Registered Office at New No.33, Sir C.V.Raman Road, Alwarpet, Chennai-6000183. The business of the partnership firm shall be that of to do all kinds of Work including manufacturing , servicing and marketing electrical and electronics instruments and scientific instruments to start with and on mutual agreemen of partners to expand the field of activities to various other fields. The partnership may also carry on any other business, which is beneficial to the Firm. 4. That the Capital of the Firm shall be Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) which shall be provided by the parties hereto as detailed below : 1. Mr.P.Sivasubramanian Rs. 300,000/- 2. Mrs.Kamala Sivasubramanian Rs. 200,000/- .
