Entrance Exam Coaching is a rite of passage for most students, however, existing test prep products are either a) typically brick-and-mortar institutes which cannot offer consistent quality across their geographically scattered centers, or b) experienced but expensive individual tutors whose business model is inherently unscalable. now, our offering is different because it’s geared around high quality, yet cost-effective teaching methodologies. We’re able to achieve this through a unique combination of Pedagogy, Technology, Personalization and Customer Support via our mobile apps and web apps. Here are some specific examples of how we’re innovating in a scalable manner: 1) PEDAGOGY: Studying is typically perceived as a painful and boring process, however, we’ve found ways to "Make Learning Fun", as can be seen from the reviews of our gamified Vocabulary Mobile app on the Google Playstore. 2) TECHNOLOGY: Right from automatically creating custom study plans to giving feedback on individual performance, we PERSONALIZE the learning expectations for each learner based on their strengths, weaknesses and exam goals. 3) RESULTS-ORIENTED: Our products are designed to truly help people learn by focusing on results (ie learning outcomes) rather than on inputs (content, software, etc). Eg. our GRE Online Prep product delivers an average score improvement of 30% percentile across all learners who follow our course. 4) COST-EFFECTIVE: Since our offering can work effectively at scale without compromising on quality, it allows us to price our product within the reach of low-income individuals and families.
