Our Startup, Equus Lifespaces Private Limited aims to create both, Employment Generation as well as Wealth Creation. The following note expresses our thought process :- Employment Generation - We create this by employing and deploying skilled and / or unskilled workforce such as society managers, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, housekeeping staff etc. to an under served segment of Housing Societies. Wealth Creation - The ultimate goal of our service is to "maintain" properties and societies at a very high level of quality through our trained workforce. This in turn benefits, First, our customers in terms of a higher standard of living and also by increasing the rental and resale value of their properties which will give them additional Return on Investment. And, Second, our employees, by giving them an opportunity to earn a stable income and a better standard of living through our Startup. Ultimately creating wealth for all the stakeholders.
