Everrenew Energy Private Limited Nature of Business Global Warming is the major climate challenge being faced by the human kind in this century. Unrestricted release of Greenhouse gases is the culprit for this worsening climate condition, which is harming the basic living condition of human & wild animals, in every corner of the world. Curbing the pace of further addition of this harmful Greenhouse gas is the only possible solution to impede this deterioration of favourable climatic situation. The Power & other Core Process Industries are the major contributor of this worsening climate condition. Hence, the international community in Science & Technology has set the Correction process to limit the Global warming. The Political leadership in various countries have taken cognizance of this threat & alert and committed to the various Action plan. One such action plan is generating the electricity from the renewable resources, which are not adding further Greenhouse gas to the atmosphere. The major milestone envisaged in this Action plan is reaching the NET ZERO achievement in next three to five decades. In this direction, India has reaffirmed her commitment to accelerate the development & implementation of various technologies to avert & reverse the release of Greenhouse gases to achieve the NET ZERO condition by year 2070. Generation of Energy from Renewable resources, such as Hydro, Wind, Solar, Biomass & Municipal Solid Waste is the major action plan. In the recently held international political leadership meet, COP26, India has committed to reach additional 375 GW of Renewable energy generation by Year 2030. In this journey, the addition of capacity in Wind & Solar plays a major role in the Power Industry. Both Central & State Governments, besides their various PSUs have accelerated the process of adding the Wind & Solar power generation facilities. This demands huge trained & experienced resources in this work front. Everrenew has rightly stepped in to meet this industry demand, at this right time. Everrenew is established in year 2019 by the highly experienced technocrats in the field of renewables, especially in Wind & Solar. Everrenew provides End to End Solution to the various process & manufacturing industries in meeting their Renewable Energy Obligation and Aspiration. From Identification of land, Estimation of energy resource, Acquisition of land & its development, Design & Engineering of the entire power generation plant & its power evacuation system, Procurement & Delivery of the machinery & equipment, Construction of the plant and Testing & Commissioning of the entire system till the Point of Interconnection in the STU or CTU (State Transmission Unit / Central Transmission Unit). Everrenew also extends its services to operate & maintain these renewable power generation units to its entire life span of the plant. Post-Covid era, Everrenew has accelerated its activity and commissioned its first Solar power generation unit (7.5 MW in Tamilnadu) for a textile industry customer in the month of March’22. Everrenew is in construction phase of a 50MW Wind farm project in Tamilnadu, catering to the need of various process industry customers. This plant has scheduled commissioning date of Sep’22. Similar such projects in Solar & Wind are in pipeline. Adding to this, Everrenew is in process of identifying potential sites in various states in southern part of the country (Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, …) for optimum generation of Wind & Solar energy to cater to the C&I (Commercial & Industrial) customers to meet their RPO (Renewable Power Obligation). Everrenew has its corporate office in Chennai. To serve to the process industry customers, it has also regional offices closer to the major industries hubs, like Coimbatore, Bangalore, … Everrenew plans to accelerate its services to the state owned corporations, both State PSUs & Central PSUs, to associate with them for turnkey EPC solution in meeting their energy demand from Renewable sources. Everrenew has strong Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Procurement and Project Management team of about 50 qualified & experienced personnel in their headquarters in Chennai and Strong Construction Management team in ever expanding project sites. It engages third party resources in construction of the wind & solar plants to meet the industry demand. Everrenew, besides providing End to End solution to the renewable power industry, it also deploys major resources in developing most efficient technological solution of Hybrid energy generation, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Solution), Wealth from Waste (W2E / MSW), Hydrogen based power generation solution. This will help Everrenew to deliver Energy Solution in the entire spectrum of Renewable sources.
