After a remarkable journey of becoming an indispensable fashion channel and years of expertise in the fashion & beauty Industry and many other verticals, FTV being a responsible citizen, felt its duty to provide employment opportunities for the youth to shape their careers and hence, inaugurated its entrepreneurship venture as “ F Salon Academy”. FTV is an established brand in the fashion & beauty market as it understands the requirements of the fashion & beauty industry. FTV aims at producing a workforce of certified professionals from India who are ready to meet the growing demands of skilled professionals in the beauty and wellness industry. FTV has now launched its beauty Salon Academies, in the Indian market, to fulfil the huge gap of quality resource demand and supply. The very high rate of unfulfilling or failed salons and other ventures in the mid and small segment of Beauty & Wellness Ventures, has been a crucial concern for Indian Industry. This has never been the case for the beauty and wellness industries of other developed economies globally. Researchers have found the common reason for this non-competent manpower behind the same is not the caliber of the folks who serve in this sector. Instead, it is the inadequate learning facilities provided for those interested in the beauty and wellness industry. FTV through its Salon Academies, has proudly taken that onus to define the Standard Operating Procedures and Code of Conduct of the industry. This will not only make it the most growing industry, but an investors’ heaven in India by creating the best employees in the beauty and wellness sector.
