It helps to understand various professions through an interactive method thereby empowering youth to make informed career decisions. It helps students understand practical application & industry/workplace relevance of subjects studied in school & college. Company’s working on Wealth Creation: We are connecting both ends of the spectrum from demand and supply side. By providing the right skills, attitude and temperament of workforce to industry, we are addressing the demand side - while most importantly, trying to identify the true potential, interest and calibre of individuals for creating a roadmap for their successful career journeys. Company’s working on Employment Generation: Our learners are largely students from Class 7 to postgraduates who are entering the workforce for the first time. We are helping youth to identify their right potential and orienting them to acquire right skill sets, which directly reflect in businesses getting right talent, and individuals getting right employment opportunities. Our approach enables youngsters to make more informed decisions and improve their employability, saving them precious time and resources. Our multi-lingual content is designed to democratize knowledge, providing direction to youth in remote areas about various career opportunities and also empowering women to join the workforce. By promoting neglected and emerging fields, we can also demystify professions and help companies hire more informed new employees.
