The startup aims to develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI)–based accounting, internal control, and compliance intelligence platform designed to operate alongside existing accounting software used by businesses. The platform is conceptualised as a supportive intelligence layer that enhances the quality, reliability, and interpretability of accounting information without replacing or interfering with existing systems. The project addresses a critical gap in the current financial ecosystem: while accounting software efficiently records transactions, it does not actively interpret, scrutinise, or reason over accounting data in a continuous and structured manner. As a result, accounting errors, compliance gaps, and internal control weaknesses are often detected late and primarily through manual, sample-based reviews. The core innovation of the project lies in its explainable AI reasoning framework. Instead of relying on black-box automation, the platform combines structured rules, contextual logic, and selective AI reasoning to interpret accounting data. Authoritative references such as accounting standards, regulatory provisions, and control principles are dynamically considered during analysis. The system is designed to support progressive learning, where its analytical accuracy improves over time through structured feedback and controlled enhancement mechanisms.
