Adira Enterprises Private Limited have an idea for a startup that combines three business ideas to create an innovative service. The startup idea is to create a Steel Fabrication company that also offers Training and job placement services for freshers and acts as an Overseas Recruitment Agency. The problem of high unemployment rates is mainly due to freshers who have completed their studies without 1-2 years of experience not being able to find jobs overseas because most companies require experienced candidates. Having 15 years of experience in the Gulf countries, I understand why companies need experienced employees. Therefore, I propose starting a structural steel fabrication company along with Training and job placement services, as the cost of civil building construction for residential and commercial purposes in India is higher than that of steel PEB buildings. Steel buildings have several benefits such as easy recycling, faster construction time, superior quality control, and are not labor-intensive. Additionally, steel building materials are 100% recyclable, which offers financial benefits over civil construction. There are several benefits to using steel in building construction, including: 1. Easy recyclability: Steel buildings can be easily recycled at any time, which makes them a more sustainable option. 2. Faster construction time: Steel buildings can be constructed more quickly than traditional concrete buildings. 3. New Technological advancements: It makes steel structures better and safer than ever before. 4. Lower labor costs: Steel fabrication is no longer as labor-intensive as it formerly was, which might help to reduce costs. 5. Recyclable building materials: Building materials used in steel construction are often 100% recyclable. 6. Cost savings: Steel buildings can offer financial benefits over traditional concrete construction. 7. Earthquake resistance: PEB (ductile steel pre-engineered buildings) are a great way to reduce earthquake impact on buildings. 8. Low-cost house construction: Light gauge steel (LGS) frame houses are one of the best low-cost and time-efficient construction methods being developed around the world. 9. Superior quality control: The pre-fabricated framework of steel structures allows for superior quality control, with lower on-site activity, materials, and labor needed, resulting in less damage during the construction process. To encourage people to switch to steel buildings, we need to reduce the cost of steel building fabrication. This can be done by employing freshers in our startup company, offering them with minimum salaries, but providing them with proper training by experienced trainers who have worked in Gulf countries. Our startup can also tie up with overseas fabrication companies to supply them with manpower, acting as a recruitment agency. We can use our trained employees to start work in overseas companies from day one, as this is what all overseas companies require. Through our startup, we can solve the problem of unemployment by providing proper training and job placement in overseas companies while encouraging the adoption of steel construction through innovative ideas.
