Our LLP named "FINSURTAECH CONSULTING PARTNERS LLP ' (LLPIN- ABA-5894) is engaged in rendering services with respect to to provide financial consulting, accounting support, training & advisory services including but not limited to the field of Insurance & other sectors with specific capabilities in IFRS & Indian reporting standards, including related front & back office assignments, secondment of resources and any other kind of technological support. LLP shall have its Registered Office at Plot No-2, 2nd Floor, Pkt-2, Block-A, Dwarka, Sector-17, Delhi-110075, IN and / or at such other place or places, as shall be agreed to by the majority of the Partners from time to time. The initial contribution of LLP shall be Rs 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) which shall be contributed by the Partners in the respective proportions. Any further contributions, if required by the LLP shall be brought by the Partners in such ratio as may be decided with the consent of all the Partners from time to time OR in the ratio of voting rights mentioned hereinafter. The business of LLP shall be to provide the services in the fields financial consulting, accounting support, training & advisory services including but not limited to the field of Insurance & other sectors with specific capabilities in IFRS & Indian reporting standards, including related front & back office assignments, secondment of resources and any other kind of technological support to any person or persons, firm, company, corporation, business, society, association, government, local body & educational institutions in India and other parts of the world.
