The problem we are trying to solve is that People who migrate to cities don't have access to healthy and hygienic food within their budget (6500) end up eating in nearby hotels / mess.They don't like to eat in those mess because of the infrastructure and cleanliness, but don't have a choice. Sometimes eating in hotels do harm their health. They are willing to switch if healthy and hygienic food is delivered within their budget. Currently competitors price is at 130 per meal where the target customers spend 130 for two meal per day" On the other hand, there are women who cooks extremely well sometimes tastes better than hotels. They can be enabled by providing end to end supports to bring the cost down. Based on our study, a family (4 members) on average spends maximum 8500 on food per month which cost around 25 per meal. it is possible to provide a monthly subscription within the budget of the target audience and beat the value propositions of hotels. We have built an in house delivery system that can bring the delivery cost to 10 Rs per order at scale
