Foxelle Agro Private Limited is an Indian food innovation startup building a globally scalable brand that reimagines India’s indigenous superfoods for international markets. Our mission is to transform traditional crops like makhana (popped lotus seeds) into modern, clean-label wellness snacks, using proprietary food science, traceable sourcing, and sustainable packaging — all made in India. Our flagship brand, FOXELLE, will launch in France through our own importer entity, giving us full control over branding, pricing, quality compliance, and direct retail access. This model allows us to retain greater margin, share value back with farmers in Bihar and eastern UP, and create inclusive employment across the agri-processing chain. From proprietary flavor-coating processes to QR-based traceability and plantable packaging labels, our innovation lies in building an IP-led, transparent, and ethical food business. Foxelle’s facility in Delhi NCR operates under HACCP-aligned SOPs, with third-party testing by SGS India, and all products meet EU food labelling standards.
