Fresh Crush is a brand that was conceptualized in April 2021 and launched in June 2021. We produce and sell freshly crushed pure sugarcane juice catering to the need of the working class. Although the prices are kept nominal and at par with the street vendors, the juice is made is clean and hygienic conditions using a cold pressed machine. We aim at making this an alternative to carbonated and energy drinks. The sugarcane is sourced from local farmers. This is a pure brick and mortar model aiming to have presence in trading areas, bus terminuses, railway stations and the like. We have opened 3 stores in the last 5 months. We aim at the opening 4 more stores by the end of next month but the model has the potential of scaling to much larger numbers. The volumes are always high since we are catering to a "Need" and not a "Choice" of the people. The retention percentage is commendable as well. Each store is not larger than a 100 square feet which makes the ROI (Return on Investment) quick and operational break even possible from the first month providing secure employment.
