Nature of Business 'Identifying Investors and Trading Product (Equities etc) through Psychology, Psychological and Personality Assessment Compatibility for Stress & Anxiety Free Investment' This concept identifies and measures the General and Specific Personality and behaviour of trading products which includes Equities - stocks and shares of publicly traded companies and matches through APP compatibility with the Psychological and Behavioural Personality of the Investor. This Concept and APP is about Mapping that unique Individual/ Investors Brain, Behaviour and Attitude with latest Psychological and neurological tools and then Comparing with the Behaviour and Personality of each stock, thus giving person chance to invest in stock according to his personality type, which happens through Various Psychometric and other Psychological/ Neurological Tests and related information. It thus measures and matches the needs of both stocks and Investors thereby continually altering Investment suggestions with Low/ Minimal Stress and Anxiety with ever changing uncertainties, situations and circumstances. This Concept work on Following Assumptions 1. No Trading product including (Stock/ Share etc. mentioned earlier) is Good or Bad 2. Every Trading product has a Personality or Nature 3. For Minimal Stress & Anxiety while wrestling with Uncertainty in pursuit of Better stress free Returns the trading product Personality Should be mapped with the investor’s personality to measure the compatibility. It will compare the compatibility through Psychometric and other tools Trading product/ Specific Stock Vs. Individual’s Interest, Trading product/ Specific Stock Vs Individual’s Profession, Trading product/ Specific Stock Volatility/ Stability Vs Individual’s Age, Trading product/ Specific Stock Vs. Individual Financial and otherwise Emotional Maturity. Investors Personality is mapped through Psychometric Personality test, Emotional Intelligence Test, Aptitude and Interest Test, Stress Anxiety Test and other Forms of Psychological and Neurological Tools. Their other habits are also assessed including their Investors Interests, Hobbies, Qualification, Age, Funds Available, Time Period for Investment, Risk Appetite, Return on Investment etc. Scalability & Wealth Creation There are 89.7 Million Demat Account Holders in India. Even if we assume there are 33% unique Demat Account Holders, still it comes to 3 Million (3 crore) Demat account Holders. And we are here to help them with stress free or minimal stress Investment in Stock Market. Subscribers of this APP would be accepted to pay mere Rs 1200 Annually. Assuming we have 5% (15 Lac) of Subscriber base from 3 Crore Demat Account Holders initially, the revenue generated would be 180 Crore and subsequent further consolidation is carried out resulting in immense potential and opportunity for Wealth Creation. Employment Generation Once the App is ready, to manage the APP we will require at least 10 Software engineers, 15 Psychologist / Psychometrican and 15 Stock Market Analyst, 15 Online Marketing team members and a Call centre team comprising around 50 Executives. In addition to this we shall need support staff and Administrative staff. In all at least 125 people will get employment.
