We at Galaxy Petrochemicals LLP believe in going that extra mile to cater to our customer need. Galaxy Petrochemical LLP is a startup that will provide its customer with door step delivery of fuel. We are committed to be the leader in mobile fuel dispensing business by providing our customers and employees with uncompromising safety, exceptional quality and unparalleled customer service experience. The idea of our business is to deliver fuel mainly diesel to our customers for industrial purpose and otherwise. At present industrial and bulk customers, who require fuel (diesel), have to visit the nearest retail outlet to fill in containers/barrels. The new initiative aims to make the process convenient for customers to get fuel delivered at their doorstep. This service aims to ensure hassle free supply of fuel to end users and also avoid unnecessary fuel spillage, unsafe handling of fuel in containers/barrels and also pilferage. The fuel delivery vehicle is fitted with a mobile fuel dispenser and 6000-liter fuel tank, to avail this service, a customer can place an order through a mobile app (under development stage) for a minimum order of 150 liters. For orders exceeding 2,500 liters, the customer would need a PESO license for storage. Once the customer places the order, it is confirmed at our retail outlet by confirming the details provided by the customer (name, cellphone number, quantity required, address and time of delivery), after receiving the receipt of the order from the customer, the mobile dispenser will reach the destination and the dispensing would commence through automation in the designated location. The fuel dispenser is equipped with fire extinguishers and safety cones among others for demarcation of the delivery area. Once the ordered quantity is dispensed, the customer will get sms and e-bill on his/her cellphone. For assurance, the quantity check of the mobile dispenser nozzle can be verified through the calibrated five-liter conical measure available in the vehicle. As of now we will provide our services in Navi-Mumbai and Raigarh region and expand our operation in phased and planned manner.
