Geran’s JoynLrn: Empowering Young Minds through Science and Creativity At Geran’s JoynLrn, we’re on a mission to revolutionize how children learn science. Founded by three women with PhDs and postdoctoral experience, we combine our expertise in research and education with a passion for nurturing curiosity in young minds. As mothers of children aged 5 to 10, we understand the importance of fostering a child’s natural curiosity and providing tools for exploration. Our Vision We believe science is not just a subject but a way of thinking and exploring the world. In today’s tech-driven world, keeping children engaged and curious can be challenging. Our goal is to create educational books that are not only informative but interactive, using storytelling, hands-on activities, and experiments to make learning exciting and accessible for kids aged 5-10. Why We Created Geran’s JoynLrn Our journey began from a shared vision to make science enjoyable for children. As scientists, we value critical thinking and creativity; as mothers, we recognize the importance of sparking curiosity. We designed books that turn learning into an adventurous experience, offering children a doorway to the wonders of science. Empowered by Women in STEM Supported by the Gujarat University Startup and Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC) and its START program, we’ve been able to merge our scientific expertise with entrepreneurial innovation. As women in STEM, we are passionate about inspiring the next generation of female scientists and innovators.
