Our Education System, which emphasizes largely on academics & other technical/hard skills, lacks something very important, if we have noticed - The Soft Skills, which are the real alpha skills & should not be undermined. Without soft skills, hard skills do not get their true value at all! Studies show that at best, IQ contributes around 20% to the factors that determine life success, and the remaining 80% is contributed by emotional intelligence, i.e EQ. Studies also suggest that the essential Soft Skills (read Life Skills) aren’t acquired much in the later adulthood phase, since rigid patterns or brain conditioning has already occurred during childhood. The seed has to be sown pretty early! Let's join hands to inculcate necessary soft skills in children at the early age itself, so the future becomes further bright! And we do that in a very engaging way, through our unique ‘Phy-gital’ (Physical + Digital) solutions Platform.
