Mr. Barathy Arunachalam & Mr. Sharathi Arunachalam, directors of the Company has over 2 decades of expertise in the developing technology for cashew processing and design & manufacturing of machineries, this has enabled them to venture into cashew processing and to setup a world class export oriented state of art cashew processing plant as a spring board for developing innovations in cashew processing technologies. The proposed project is to be located at survey no. 103,104,105 and 113, Brammadesam Village, Markkanam Taluk, Villupuram District. Most importantly, the location is dry and non-industrial area. This facility will provide live hood to so many poor and unskilled women with regular work throughout the year. Cashew industries are one amongst the largest in India for providing the employment to poor female workers in rural parts. The total direct skilled/ semi-skilled/ unskilled manpower requirement for the proposed unit is estimated at 958 persons. To carry on the business of manufacturing Agro products more specifically focused on mechanized Cashew processing Plant and consider as center of excellence to develop innovative processed technology "Make in India" for the World focus on skill development in Cashew Processing & Its Machinery Maintenance.
