GlobalPFS Technologies Pvt Ltd is a new company being set up to manufacture Prefillable Syringes (PFS) and Ready-to-Use sterile drug delivery systems in India — used for vaccines, biologics, insulin and injectable therapies. At present, no Indian company makes this product in India, and only one MNC manufactures it here. Indian pharma and biologics companies therefore depend almost entirely on imports, leading to high costs, forex outflow and supply-chain risk. The global PFS market is worth USD 8–10 billion, growing 9–12% yearly, with strong domestic demand. Our vision is a fully automated production line with no human touch — covering glass forming, cleaning, siliconization, needle insertion, nesting and packaging under sterile cleanroom conditions, with 100% in-line vision inspection. Built to ISO 13485, GMP and USP/EP/JP standards, we aim to become India's first domestic PFS manufacturer, reducing import dependence.
