The Company is a technology-driven startup incorporated with the objective of developing and operating a 100% digital, proprietary online learning platform for preparation of competitive examinations such as SSC, Railways and other government recruitment tests. The Company delivers its services exclusively through its website and mobile application, thereby removing geographical barriers and making quality exam preparation accessible at scale and at a very affordable cost, at about 10% of the existing cost. The platform incorporates advanced artificial intelligence and data analytics to provide personalised learning pathways, automated evaluation, identification of students’ strengths and weaknesses, adaptive mock tests, intelligent scheduling and self-paced modular learning. The Company is continuously engaged in innovation, research and product development to enhance learning outcomes and efficiency as compared to traditional coaching methods, thereby creating a technology-based solution in the ed-tech sector. The business model is inherently scalable with high potential for growth and value creation, enabling expansion to a large user base without proportionate increase in costs. The Company is thus engaged in the development of an innovative product/process driven by technology with significant potential for scalability and impact, and accordingly seeks recognition as an “Eligible Startup” in terms of the Explanation to Section 80-IAC of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
