Fuel is prime need of every industry & pollution free environment is the prime concern of society. Every year millions of tons of agricultural wastes & biomass is generated which are either destroyed or burnt inefficiently in loose form causing air pollution. These wastes can be recycled & can provide a renewable source of energy by converting biomass waste into high density - fuel briquettes without addition of any binder. This recycled fuel is beneficial for the environment as it conserves natural resources. What many people do not know is that recycling also prevents global warming which has a direct adverse impact on global climate. This renewable energy project is ideal for the agricultural based countries like India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and African countries as there are a huge availability of agro-forestry waste. And its Demand is very good in industrial based countries. It is the best project to generate revenue from agro-forestry waste, save the Global environment and to produce green energy. This project is act as "Renewable energy from waste." It gives us the Bio-coal from the wastages like Agro, Forestry & Industrial. The Wastages from these sources are raw material of this project and the finished product is called Briquettes. Main concept of this project is to produce the bio-coal from the agro& forest wastages which otherwise is either destroyed or burnt inefficiently in loose form causing air pollution. We cannot destroy the wastages totally. But we can use it as renewable source of energy by converting biomass waste into high density - fuel briquettes with the help of Briquetting Plant and produce the Briquettes, which ultimately produce the energy. We can say that "To provide Pollution free energy in low cost is the main concept of the project." We are currently in biomass densification that is Biomass Briquette manufacturing we want to go for backward and forward integration In Biomass Briquette manufacturing we require around 50000MT of biomass per year. We will setup supply chain management (SCM) system.For the same biomass will be collected from agricultural field with help of bailers and shredder and passed through chippers. Biomass Briquette are feed to boiler for generation of steam. In forward integration we are planning for Operations and Maintenance of boiler (O&M) and Utility steam supply contracts (USSC).In long term we have vision to provide energy services on Boot basis. Where we will invest in Boiler and Auxiliaries and Deliver uninterrupted steam supply.
