Biomining is the process of mining legacy waste and processing the same to split into different fractions. We use our tailor-made and patented waste material processing machinery which we fabricate with our inhouse engineers. The process involves a series of sequential separating mechanism that is designed for operating at various geographical and climatic conditions. The screening system segregates fine sand, plastics, and coarse materials with our unique in-house built technology separately. The materials are further classified into Glass, Wood and Metals. The process is carried out with specifically designed trommels screens supported by belt conveyors to carry the material into different stages of segregation. The machinery can be installed with minimal civil work, thereby enabling easy installation anywhere and making it unique. Our trommel screens are equipped with first of its kind stainless steel ribbons at regular intervals to enable better segregation and ability to operate in neutral angles when compared to other similar machines. Our Trommels and Hopper Conveyor are equipped with VFD controllers in order to enable operation at varied speeds. This enables operation at varied climatic conditions as well. The machinery is operated in pre-set speed designs during wet and monsoon conditions to enable better segregation which is first in its class technology. Our machinery is equipped with Air Blowers at highly defined controlled speeds that blows air on the segregated waste to separate light plastics. This is achieved by operating high intensity blowers that are powered using motors to blow on the descending waste falling from the conveyor. The fine sand is further utilized for landfilling while the RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) can be used to make pellets or can be used as an alternative for fossil fuels in Cement Manufacturing Industry.
