The sheer negligence of preventive care, burden of primary care and the untenable costs of specialty care has caused and allowed the maturity of an intangible health care system. Contrary to the inefficiencies of our current state, it is driving the necessity to create a health care platform that integrates various health care services that are currently silo’d. The natural progression of a patient from preventive care to primary care and to specialty care has been marred by lack of health care autonomy for the patient. This is where Hclub defines its purpose to enable, empower and engage the patient first and foremost. One voice message, One story is all that takes for us to care for you and your family. Again, this drives us to be the no.1 voice of health care accelerating the advent of reliable access to impartial care.Conclusion: Health care is conventionally thought of as an episodic care wherein a physician or surgeon administers service at point of care but reality is majority of health care is an incremental care process. Digitization of health care has become the next stage in the evolution of health care but the path taken to realize that by most companies is telemedicine, data mining, algorithm enabled data analytics or electronic health records. We find that they are all relevant and create value for businesses but the grand challenge of health care that we chose to tackle is a perennial problem and that is the dysfunctional, inefficient, fragmented access to care. We believe this can be only done by building both a digital and physical infrastructure for the patient prompting the patient to access early care. Our various models prompt the patient to engage care immediately rather than when it is too late, too expensive with poor prognosis creating a health care burden that becomes insurmountable by our nation.
