Our vision is to become India's largest sustainable food and Food tech company and our mission is to enable food producers across the globe to adopt smart and sustainable farming techniques to produce healthy food and build a low-carbon footprint food ecosystem. Heeradhya unique solutions designed keeping in mind the farmer, consumer and environment are as follows: We want to produce, package and sell quality wholesome and nutritious food to their consumers by employing latest food quality monitoring techniques such as IR/SWIR spectroscopy, camera based food imaging grading machines to grade and sort food by establishing strict criteria protocols, creating good GAP GMP and GHP practices and robust SOPs at our facilities, adopting sustainable food packaging practices and ensuring strong traceability and labelling SOPs are in place to ensure correct information about the food reaches the consumer. We also aim to reduce food wastage by at least 20% in the next 3 years by adopting smart supply chain solutions to ensure food reaches consumers on-time and develop market intelligence to understand supply-demand requirements of the market and accordingly encourage our farmer partners to produce diversified crops to cater to market requirements. We also aim to build mini food-processing plants at urban-rural centres to develop value-added products from perishable food thereby extending its shelf-life and develop new marketing channels to sell these value-added products. We want to build a smart and sustainable agriculture ecosystem and increase our Partner Farmer’s income by 100% in the next 5 years. We will achieve this by employing the latest technology IOT and field imaging solutions, recording and monitoring critical parameters, building AI/ML predictive and forecasting models and enabling farmers to take data-backed decisions in irrigation and pest/disease management. This will increase farm efficiency, reduce cost of agri-input, help in building disease-resistant plants, create high quality yield farms and put farmers on track to double their incomes in the next 5 years. It will help in replenishing the ground water levels, reduce electricity costs and build an efficient farming ecosystem. We envision improving soil-health by advising farmers to adopt practices such as crop rotation, inter-cropping etc., introduce poultry and dairy farming to fix soil nutrition. Poultry and Dairy farming will generate secondary income for farmers and also provide quality manure which will be used to improve organic matter in soil. Food residue will be used as fodder for poultry and dairy animals and also converted to organic manure. This will re-establish the food chain by connecting the missing links and re-introduce the microbes in soil which organically feed the plants and also eliminate wastage in farming. We will also assist farmers in frequent monitoring of soil parameters by employing latest hand-held accurate sensors and quick- test mobile labs which will directly enable farmers to understand nutrient analysis and deficiencies and maintain plant health which will directly ensure growing of wholesome nutritious food for our customers. We will also enable carbon sequestration by maintaining soil-health, converting more waste-lands across the country to forest, and lowering the carbon footprint of agriculture to minimum acceptable limits.
