At Little Leap, we provide top quality 21st century skill development for school going children through a comprehensive holistic development curriculum designed by an in-house team of expert child psychologists. We enable children to learn soft skills, life skills, leadership skills and creativity in a way they want to learn - byte sized content offered in gamified group sessions for engaging and playful interaction with children. 4 key value propositions: 1. Scalability: We’ve reached 40,000 children already with our development programs and we’ve kept the pricing of the product affordable to reach a large segment of children in the country (~30 Cr) 2. Future Growth and Sustainability: Non-academic skill development in an ever-changing world will be a big use case in the future and Little Leap will be a trusted child development expert helping the coming generations to become future leaders 3. Innovation: In addition to online live classroom learning, we’ve built an innovative mobile app for supplementary learning with an industry leading progress tracking mechanism, workbooks and journals for children, and speech text recognition technology to help children become habitual at reading. 4. Organizational Culture: We employ 75 happy people today fast expanding to generate employment for freshers, counsellors, teachers and psychologists. We will have a workforce of 400 in 2021 and 1200 in 2022. Above everything, the laughter and smile children give us in our sessions is something we hold very close to our heart and nothing matches the satisfaction of seeing children learn real world skills.
