Our start up is building an AI-powered SkillTech platform that goes beyond conventional training models. Unlike existing institutes that deliver static courses, our solution focuses on personalized, adaptive, and industry-integrated skill development to ensure employability and workforce readiness. Key innovations include: 1. AI-driven Skill Gap Mapping – We use machine learning algorithms to identify individual skill deficiencies among students and employees by analyzing performance, academic inputs, and workplace data. This allows us to generate customized “Skill Maps” for every learner and provide targeted interventions. 2. Virtual Apprenticeship & Simulation Labs – We create gamified, sector-specific virtual environments (manufacturing, IT, healthcare, etc.) where learners practice real-world tasks in a risk-free setup.
