We are a socially conscious, social impact oriented startup, committed to be the support system of patients with chronic illnesses and their families, and help to whatever extent possible lessen their financial and emotional distress. Chronic illnesses such as Cancer, Chronic Kidney Disease etc. don’t just affect the patient, they tend to disrupt entire families, careers, and everyday life. Beyond the cost of treatment, frequent hospital visits bring logistical challenges that add to the overall stress and exhaustion. We are a dedicated team of professionals deeply committed to make those hospital visits easier and less stressful. Our mission is to stand by patients and families during hospital visits, offering reliable, compassionate, and professional support when it’s needed most. We will be there with them when no one else can. HosFriend is a one-of-a-kind platform offering dependable, door-to-door transportation to hospitals and caring companionship during hospital visits and is designed specifically to assist patients who need regular (or one-time) visits to hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centres. Our team includes trained Companions, experienced Chauffeurs, and attentive Relationship Managers who work together to provide comprehensive support for hospital visits. Every staff member is a full-time employee and undergoes appropriate training in patient care, BLS (Basic Life Support), and customer service.
