HYMA Ultimate Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a defense technology startup developing next-generation personal protective equipment for military, law enforcement, and security forces. We have created India’s first origami-structured ballistic vest using SLS 3D printing and high-performance UHMWPE and aramid composites. The vest is 30% lighter, offers 50% greater mobility, and delivers NIJ Level IIIA protection. Our patented geometric design overcomes the traditional protection-mobility trade-off in body armor. We collaborate with TVS Sundaram Brake Linings for manufacturing and are engaging with DRDO for testing and certification. Target markets include Indian forces, global security agencies, and export customers.
