Incubyte provides custom, bespoke, high quality software development services and builds dedicated and high performing engineering teams for its clients. Our USP is to create testable, maintainable and scalable products by following the best modern software development practices. The innovation is in the processes followed for software development. Self-contained Pods: Our development teams are small and self contained, to minimize dependencyoutside the pod. This enables the team to deliver quickly and consistently. eXtreme Programming Practices: Our teams work in pairs on any development item (Pair programming). This ensuresthat the solution is always shared and is not dependent on one individual. We also use Test DrivenDevelopment, which means that our developers first writeautomated test cases and then developcode, to make the solution testable and simple. Such practices ensure that the products we build arehighly scalable, maintainable and automatically testable. Ensuring that our developers work smarter, debug lesser, deliver faster, scale better and most importantly ensures a quality code base. Such processes are not a norm in the services space because of the extent of training and cost needed tosustain them. But, they are critical to be able to do very high quality work. To give back to the community, Incubyte has founded and sponsors a not for profit community: Software Craftsmanship - India with an aim to help spread awareness and inquisitiveness aroundthese practices among software professionals in India. In a span of less than a year, we have reached 400 members and have held multiple expert talks by thought leaders from across the globe.
