Indie Brews & Spirits recently launched Quaffine, a cold brew coffee liqueur made using 100% arabica beans sourced from 3500 ft above sea level in Chikmagalur, Karnataka. The coffee is specifically roasted to a medium dark type to enable the extraction of a spectrum of coffee flavors. An all-natural coffee liqueur that uses cold brewing method i.e steeping ground coffee in cold or room temperature water for 12- 24 hours to extract clean coffee flavors. The signature serve is a Quaffine Espresso Martini, an ingenious twist to the classic. It shines through as a sipping liqueur, served on ice or even cold from the freezer. Quaffine has opened to a groundbreaking response from consumers, bar owners and retailers alike. With retailers recommending it as their liqueur of choice because of its versatility as a product. Quaffine is available in all the major retail outlets in Goa.
