We are a Start up with focus on building Software Solutions for the Manufacturing / Process Industries besides developing Enterprise Software. The Solutions that we have help the Process Industries to reduce their Operational Risk. The key Solutions that we have include: i. Computer based Maintenance Management System - Automate the Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of the Plant ii. Incident management System - Serves as a Repository of Process Incidents and a Platform for Continuous Improvement ( by reducing the Incidents and its impact) iii. Reliability Analytics & Bench marking System - Helps in Overall Asset Up Time Improvement. can be integrated to existing CMMS and Analytics help in driving the Improvements. This System also generates Benchmark and provides a feature to measure the benefits through comparison of various benchmarks. iv. Digital operations Log Book - Automates the Shift Log and seamless communication to various stakeholders. Interface to various systems within Organzation can be achieved easily. Provides the Platform to measure the OEE ( overall Equipment effectiveness) v. Management of Change- System designed to record new Changes and ensure all Changes are done in a structured Manner thereby reducing the possibility of any Incidents and damages to the Plant EnterPrise Service Desk / Ticketing System - This is inline with ITIL Process and can be used for automating all workflow based requests. The System can handle User Queries, Incidents, Bugs, Changes and Service request in a Single platform. The System also comes with features to track the Service Level Agreement / Compliance and also has features to automatically escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for any delay. The Rich Analytics provides different views such as i. Service Metrics ii. operational metrics iii. Resource Metrics iv. Financial Metrics & v.
