Infyra Innovations is developing Kisan Drishti, an advanced AI, IoT, and LLM-powered smart agriculture system designed to modernize precision farming across India. The platform combines real-time IoT sensors, AI-based crop analytics, and a custom fine-tuned LLM for agriculture advisory that delivers localized, multilingual, and context-aware recommendations to farmers.Every year, India loses over ₹2 lakh crore worth of crops, with 10–30% yield losses from pests, diseases, and erratic weather. Globally, the FAO estimates up to 40% of crops are lost annually due to similar factors. Kisan Drishti directly targets this gap by combining IoT sensors, AI vision, and LLM-based advisory to deliver real-time insights that prevent crop loss, optimize fertilizer and water use, and help farmers recover 20–35% higher yields through data-driven precision farming. Kisan Drishti generates 19 precision data outputs, including soil nutrient profiling, disease detection through CNN-based image models, weather prediction, and irrigation/fertilizer automation. The integrated LLM + RAG system enables the chatbot to give actionable, farmer-friendly solutions—both online and offline—while adapting to regional crops and dialects. By merging IoT sensing, AI vision, and LLM intelligence, Kisan Drishti empowers farmers to make data-driven decisions, reduce input costs, and increase yield sustainably, aligning with India’s agri-tech innovation mission.
