PRODUCT/SERVICE CONCEPT: Unlike a majority of financial inclusion start-ups in the market, iserveu is a full stack financial inclusion solution which runs a technology driven network of financial service aggregates like banks, retail agents who facilitate various customer services like domestic remittance, BBPS, AEPS and NBFCs who have financial products fit for customers in low income neighbourhoods. INNOVATIVE FEATURES: 1. In the financial inclusion space there are many companies who have mostly taken a business correspondent model in which they on board BC operators along with the banks to cater customers. This method is paperwork intensive and hence slow to grow, margins being wafer thin in this business. This model is not sustainable to impact a larger customer base. Hence, we have come with a novel business model wherein instead of on boarding our own BCs we make a white label solution which any entrepreneur who wants to operate a network of BCs can take and does the ground work of starting a network in their own brand. This model allows us to grow very fast with very low investment in sales and marketing. While we have the advantage of data collection and fast growth we don't have to deal with navigating relationships with multiple banks which are often slow in their decision making. 2. We have built machine learning algorithms to crunch through the vast amount of implicit data points we collect about the customer’s transactions to fit it into a credit risk model, which traditionally has been driven off of conventional transaction patterns. e.g: With our bill payment and domestic remittance we are able to add high fidelity risk reduction parameters to the customers our partners lend.
